The Blue Form is the Internet's first and leading process automation service for creating and managing online forms in your organisation.

Create common business forms such as expense forms, timesheets, leave forms or any you can think of using our simple drag-and-drop form designer. The Blue Form allows complete control over the form workflow, allowing you to select approvers, and keep track of the form after it has been filled-in. How Does it Work?

Create a Free Account
Log onto the site and create user accounts for the other people in your company. You can assign people to different groups.
You can now design your forms, specify how many approvers each form will need and who those approvers will be. To make life easier, there are many template forms to get you started.
That's it! You're done. The users you registered can now start filling out your forms. Whenever an approver needs to approve a form, they will receive an email with a link to the form. The form will also be visible from a work queue on their home page.
If you wish you can run reports and export the data into your own applications.
