Becoming a member
To become a member of
The Blue Form, you must first be a registered user of a company or organisation registered on

Paying subscription fees
We will charge your credit card with the monthly subscription fee for your membership plan at the start of each billing period during your subscription (or nearest business day). We will continue to charge your credit card on a monthly basis until you cancel your membership. You can review your billing history in the "Management" section of the website.
Tax invoices for the payment of your subscription fees can be created and sent to you on request.
Cancelling your membership
On monthly plans you can cancel your membership at any time without incurring a cancellation fee. You can do so in the "Management" section of the website.
Maintaining your credit card details
If your credit card details change, you may edit your credit card information in the "Management" section of the website. If your credit card has expired or changed, you must update your credit card details, or
contact us with your new card details, otherwise we will put your membership on hold and you will not be able to fill in new forms.
