How our Prices Work
The Blue Form tries to make plans as transparent and simple as possible. We charge by the number of forms-filled in, so prices are fair for both small and large organisations alike. There are no hidden fees or charges; everything is laid out in the table above.

Included Form Fill-Ins
This is the number of times that forms may be filled-in across your organisation in a 30 day period at no extra cost. This does not include test forms.

Cost per Additional Form Filled-In
If more forms are filled-in than those included for free, you will be charged this amount extra for each additional form filled-in. This does not include test forms.
Additional Services
Personal Account Manager - 24 x 7 Technical Support
For packages that include a Personal Account Manager, we provide you with a direct
number to someone who is available to assist you with any problems 24 hours a day,
7 days a week. This includes both administration issues and technical assistance.
We understand that that problems must be resolved immediately, and by offering a
Personal Account Manager, you have the ability to speak with someone who understands
your business without the hassle of using a semi-automated call centre - nobody
likes those.
Custom Branding
We know that some customers require The Blue Form to have a personalised look and
feel to fit in with their own corporate identity. This may be a corporate logo, a unique domain name or a completely different look and feel. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Initial Setup
We know some customers want The Blue Form to work from day one, right out of the box.
We are able to setup all your users, groups and create all your forms if you require

The Blue Form Licensing
Some customers like to have a customised version of The Blue Form to meet their specific business requirements. We are able to accomodate this and either host it on our servers for you, or allow you to host and manage it on your own. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
